# Terms of Use — PDFill

These Terms govern your use of the PDFill Android and iOS application.

## 1. Service

PDFill provides PDF conversion, merge, compression, form, text-extraction, batch, and handwritten-signature tools. Available Free and Pro limits are shown in the app. Some tools require an internet connection and send the selected document to the PDFill conversion service as disclosed before use and in the Privacy Policy.

## 2. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PDFill on devices you own or control, subject to the applicable app-store terms. Do not use PDFill for unlawful activity, process documents without authorization, reverse engineer or abuse the service, or circumvent purchases or security controls.

## 3. Free and paid access

- **Free:** the limits shown in the app, including the current free-operation and file-size limits.
- **Pro subscription:** removes the Free-plan limits and unlocks the Pro tools described at purchase time.
- **Lifetime:** a one-time Pro unlock for the applicable store account. It is not a promise that every future feature or third-party service will be included.

## 4. Subscriptions and billing

Google Play or Apple processes payments. The store confirmation sheet shows the binding localized price, billing period, and any eligibility-specific offer.

- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled under the applicable store terms.
- Manage or cancel Android subscriptions in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Manage or cancel iOS subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- PDFill does not promise a free trial unless the store confirmation sheet explicitly shows that you are eligible for one.
- Restoring purchases requires the same applicable store account and is subject to the store and RevenueCat restore rules.

## 5. Your documents and cloud processing

Your documents remain yours. When cloud processing is required, you authorize transmission of the selected document for the requested conversion. You are responsible for having the right to process it and for keeping backups of important files.

## 6. Results and availability

PDF conversion is format-dependent and may not preserve every layout, font, form, image, or signature. The app and service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a perfect result for every document.

## 7. Intellectual property

PDFill branding, interface, and software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer that ownership.

## 8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PDFill is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

## 9. Platform terms

Your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service or Apple's applicable App Store terms. For Apple-distributed copies, Apple is not a party to these Terms, has no support obligation, and is a third-party beneficiary to the extent required by Apple's standard terms.

We may update these Terms when the service changes. The date above identifies the current version.
